Can I order per E-Mail at orsay.com?
Unfortunately it is not possible to order per e-mail. Please follow the order process for orders at orsay.com
How can I track my order?
After receipt of your order we shall send you an order confirmation per E-Mail. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new E-Mail with details of the parcel number. This way you can track online where your parcel is at that moment. If you have any further questions please contact our customer services.
Can I make changes to my shopping basket?
You can still change your shopping basket and delete individual products or change quantities until the final order at the cash desk.
Can I still change my order after it has been made on orsay.com?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the order once it has been made.
How can I pay at orsay.com? Can I pay by transfer, credit card and cash on delivery?You will find all means of payment, which are currently accepted under Payment in our
GTCs.
Can I pay using my gift voucher at orsay.com?
The gift vouchers can be redeemed in all of our branches, unfortunately not however at orsay.com.
Why will my credit card payment not work?
We currently accept Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Visacard and Visa Electron. Please remember to enter the credit card number and the validity date. Never reveal your personal PIN!
In which countries does orsay.com deliver?You will find an up-to-date overview of all countries where delivery is possible under Delivery times and dispatch costs per country in our

How long does it take until I receive the ordered articles and how high are the dispatch costs?You will find our expected delivery times and the respective dispatch costs under Delivery times and dispatch costs per country in our

Can I return or exchange articles?Of course you can exchange the goods purchased from us. The exact exchange regulations can be taken from the Exchange guarantee in our
GTCs.
Why are not all articles from the branches in the online shop?
At the moment we only offer a selection of our collection on the website. As we always wish to remain very fashionable our collection changes very quickly. Therefore we cannot always offer the same articles in all branches and in the online shop.
How can I find my nearest or a specific branch?
Our branches are all listed in our shop finder under Orsayshop.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you an actual catalogue. Occasionally we have a catalogue with seasonal innovations. You can then view these online at orsay.com or obtain it in one of our branches.
Can I become a franchise partner of Orsay or sell and distribute the Orsay collection in my own shop?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Orsay only sells and distributes its fashions in own shops.
